Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

ADR can be beneficial for multi party disputes and is generally a lower cost and speedier way of settling disputes without going to court. Some of the forms of ADR we will consider are negotiation, arbitration and mitigation, all of which will ultimately result in conflict resolution that will preserve relationships and reputations.
